Turning Conversations into Sales

AtenChat is more than a messaging app; it’s a CRM. The core of this system is the Pipeline Dashboard, where every WhatsApp conversation can be tracked as a potential deal.

Pipeline Stages

By default, AtenChat provides a 5-stage pipeline:

  1. New Lead: Initial contact received.
  2. Qualified: Basic interest confirmed.
  3. Demo/Meeting: A personal interaction has been scheduled.
  4. Negotiation: Terms are being discussed.
  5. Closed/Won: The deal is successful.

You can customize these stages in Settings > Pipeline to match your unique sales process.

Handling Leads

Move Leads with Drag-and-Drop

In the Pipeline view, you can simply drag a lead’s card from one column to the next as the relationship progresses.

Assigning Agents

Ensure every customer has a dedicated point of contact. You can manually assign conversations to specific team members, or set up “Round Robin” rules to distribute new leads automatically.

Automated Transitions

You can set up rules so that when a specific keyword is detected (e.g., “quote”) or a payment is made, the lead automatically moves to the next stage.
